19th century satirical broadside with references to the Lord Mayor of Dublin, the Duke of Leinster, Lord Cloncurry, the 'Rt. Hon W.C. Plunkett' amongst others - '...Duke of Leinster's opposition by a chip off the old block, out of crom a boo, he has some good points about him but has been badly trained as in is his early days, he was left too much under the control of Insurrections managers...'.
