Containing the following information: "An Cumann Cosanta Society has been started in order to protect Irish Volunteers and others against the loss of their livehood on account of their connection with the Volunteer Organisation. Under the Scheme Volunteers and other persons connected with the different forms of Irish activity can insure themselves for various sums so that in case of dismissal caused by action properly taken in the forwarding of their propaganda they may be indemnified against their loss".
