Notes: | Title inscribed in ink and signed by artist lower left with inscription in ink lower left : 'To J. H. [Joseph Holloway]'. Illustration of the actor Fred A. Jeffs in the role (and uniform) of Sergt. Sullivan of the Royal Irish Constabulary. He holds an illustration in his right hand, of a road map (the main artery in red on the map, which crosses a river). Below him (on l.r.) is a smaller caricature of the actor Arthur Sinclair.
