Illustration of the actor Fred A. Jeffs in the role (and uniform) of Sergt. Sullivan of the Royal Irish Constabulary. He holds an illustration in his right hand, of a road map (the main artery in red on the map, which crosses a river). Below him (on l.r.) is a smaller caricature of the actor Arthur Sinclair. Both these actors appeared in a play entitled "Dr. O'Toole" staged in the London Coliseum in 1916.
