Summary:Green coloured paper label that would have been affixed to the front or end papers of a book on loan from the Belfast Library [this is what is now known as the Linen Hall Library, which was founded in 1788 by a group of artisans as the Belfast Reading Society and in 1792 became the Belfast Society for Promoting Knowledge]. The word "Ten" has been written on the label in manuscript hand in ink gall ink. Black font printed on light blue colour paper with text on sheet framed by decorative border design.
