Summary:Contains legal papers relating to the Pery and Sexten families, including a petition of Edmond Sexten, dated 5 May 1605, the will of Edmond Pery, dated August 1651, a lease between Edmund Sexton Pery and John Bentley Simon of Killaderry, Co. Clare, relating to lands in Shandangan and Kimurry, Co. Limerick (1758), a lease between Edmund Sexton Pery and James Leslie, Bishop of Limerick, relating to property in Irishtown, Limerick City (1766) and a copy petition made by Major Christopher Wray, relating to the leasing of lands in Knockihernane, Co. Limerick [n.d.]


Also included are letters to Mrs. Jane Pery, wife of the Rev. Stackpole Pery of Limerick from [A.] Blennerhasset of Riddlestown, Co. Limerick, concerning tenants of Drummonboy (14 Feb - 28 Sept. 1748) and a note from Edmund Sexton Pery, 1st Viscount Pery, to William Cecil Pery, bishop of Limerick, concerning financial matters. th July, (24 Nov1786). Also includes a writ dated 17th July 1751 and a partial document dated 1625.
