| Summary: | The libel case with J. Bernstein in 1903 was a result of the party split in 1899, and the appeal was unsuccessful. The party moved its headquarters to 28 City Hall Place, Bohn outlines the moving costs and remarks "we are here alive, enthusiastic, with 100 per cent of our nerve." Bohn requests an average of 50 cents a member. |
