A printed list, circa 1901, in table form of County of Wexford magistrates, giving names, addresses, date of appointment and observations. Some of the handwritten observations include 'very rarely attends', 'does not reside in the county', 'dead' and 'old and deaf'.

A confidential letter dated 31st October 1869 from the RIC County Inspector, B. Richards, to James Stopford, 5th Earl of Courtown. He informs the Earl of a threatening letter, addressed to the Earl, and given to him by the Earl's agent Mr. Scott. The letter is signed 'P. Hogan'. The Inspector reports that although the feeling amongst the 'lower classes' is good towards the Earl himself, there is a hostile spirit towards Mr. Scott, and towards those tenants who gave evidence on the Earl's behalf in the recent trial in Wexford. He also mentions the odium attaching to Mr Scott in connexion with Mrs Watter (?), and will leave it to the Earl to decide how much to tell Mr Scott on that matter.

A typed letter ,dated 19th April 1911, on the headed paper of the Under Secretary, Dublin Castle, to Viscount Stopford, enclosing a copy of a design for a flag to be used by the Lieutenants of Counties. The design is of a Union Flag with a crown and sword in the central red cross. The letter is written on black-bordered paper, and is signed by J.B. Dougherty, who was Under Secretary for Ireland from 1908 to 1914.
