Summary: | Leaflet refers to attempts of freedom from the British Empire by India. First lines read: " 'It Takes a Loud Voice to Make the Deaf Hear'. So read the leaflet thrown by Bhagat Singh and Bulukeschwara Dutta as they hurled bombs into the British imposed Indian Parliament. Their courageous action has brought the struggle for Freedom in India before the eyes of the world. Every lover of Justice and Freedom salutes them in the Name of Liberty". Bhagat Singh and Bulukeschwara Dutta expolded bombs in the Central Legislative Assembly in New Delhi on 8 April 1929. On lower right of sheet is printed "Leaflet issue by Ghosts" which was Cumann na mBan. |
