Excerpts from text include: 'Composed solely of men who fought for and still uphold the principles of Wolfe Tone who were victimized by the Cosgrave Government, who are still being victimized by the Fianna Fáil Government, who claim that so long as pensions are being paid to ex-members of the Free State Army, a reward of equal monetary value is due to them.'

Includes excerpt from 'bulletin issued by P.H. Pearse on 28th April, 1916'.

Further text reads: 'Fifty-seven members of the Fianna Fáil party in the Dáil and Senate have signified in writing their approval of the demands of the men of 1916'.
