A clipping from the "Daily Mail" newspaper is also stuck onto the sheet and is published as part of the caption. Caption reads: Herr Hugo Stinnes, the multi-millionaire, is usurping the functions of the Government and attempting to crush the rights won by the working classes of Germany - "Daily Mail".
