Caption reads: Herr Hugo Stinnes, the multi-millionaire, is usurping the functions of the Government and attempting to crush the rights won by the working classes of Germany - "Daily Mail". Coal, Mine, Shipyard and Newspaper Barons (in chorus): "Where Hugo, we go!"
