Original description for this photograph was 'Model Linda O'Reilly is admired in a Dublin Street'. Research by our Flickr Commons users established that this photograph was taken on Winetavern Street in Dublin between 1960 and 1966. They also found out that Linda O'Reilly (née Ward) was an American fashion model from New Jersey. She worked as a model in New York before marrying Brendan O'Reilly, presenter of RTÉ Television's Sports Stadium programme. She continued to work as a fashion model in Dublin in the 1960s. Linda's grandmother was Daisy Linda Travers Ward, a famous operatic singer who performed at Covent Garden.
