| Notes: | The London edition was issued as a Parliamentary paper. Date in title is O.S. With numerous mispaginations. At foot of title page: "Whereas some malicious persons, with a design of doing me prejudice, have industriously insinuated to the publick, that I don’t resolve to publish the latter part of Layer’s tryal; these are therefore to advertise, that the said tryal shall be compleatly finish’d and publish’d on Wednesday, and this report on Friday next at farthest." Signatures: A-T². Gathering P (p.55-58) is missigned "R". This gathering is bound in twice in the National Library of Ireland copy; correctly where gathering P should be and, incorrectly, where gathering R should be.
