Notes:Dr Paddy Muldoon was ambushed and shot by three men on 18 March 1923. John Charles Keegan, a member of the Anti-Treaty IRA, fatally shot Muldoon but Fr Edward Ryans, a Sinn Féin supporter, was also implicated in the murder. He was thought to have fathered a child with his teenage housekeeper and that Dr Muldoon was willing to testify to this.
