(Some missing). Also includes a message from seventeen prisoners in Reading Jail ‘On behalf of the Irish Nation we, 600 Irishmen including 40 elected and nominated representatives of the Irish people, prisoners of the English government, welcome to Europe Dr. Wilson, President of the United States, Successors of Washington and champion of the principle of self-determination’.
