| Summary: | Printed at top of sheet is a highly decorative bill head for Anderson, Stanford & Ridgeway Ltd., Furniture Removers and Storage Contractors, Carpet, Curtain and Furniture Warehouse, 28 & 29 Grafton St., Dublin featuring an image of their business on Grafton Street, Dublin within an oval - people are depicted looking into the windows of the shop while two automobiles and a horse and carriage drive by the front entrance. Underneath this, dated 1-11-28 [1 November 1928] is printed the address of Mrs. Perrott, Gracefield, Waltham Terrace, Blackrock, Co. Dublin with a typescript message "Dear Madam, As requested we are sending you herewith the amended estimate for repairs, etc., and as usual in such cases we are sending you our account for £2-2-0 being our charge for preparing same, as you will probably wish to include it in your claim. Yours faithfully, Anderson Stanford & Ridgeway Ltd per [Mr. ?] Stanford". Anderson Stanford & Ridgeway Ltd also owned and operated cabinet and upholstering workshops on Lemon St. and Anne St., Dublin and a carpet cleaning works on Boyne St., Dublin. |
