Black and white poster for the first production of this play on 4 October 1985 (which was a spoof Arthur Conan Doyle's stories), featuring an image of Alan Stanford as Dr. Watson [holding a walking stick] and Tom Baker (born 1934) as Sherlock Holmes, a pipe in his mouth. This poster is signed by Tom Baker in manuscript hand in silver pen at lower right of sheet: "Best wishes / Tom Baker". Baker portrayed Sherlock Holmes in a four-part BBC1 television miniseries version of 'The Hound of the Baskervilles', broadcast in 1982; he is best known for his portrayal as the fourth incarnation of the Doctor in the science fiction series 'Doctor Who' (1974-1981).
