Summary:Cropped sheet featuring print by Jack B. Yeats [his monogram J.B.Y. features at lower left of sheet, within print] for 'A Broadside', that was published monthly by the Cuala Press, Churchtown, Dundrum, Co. Dublin]. At top of sheet is printed four short verses, the first lines of which read: "I have XII oxen that be fayre and browne, And they go grasynge down by the towe...". Underneath this is printed an image of two young boys fishing by a river; one gets up to pet the dog of an old man [the speaker of the verses] seen in the left foreground, while a small town or settlement can be seen in the right middle distance.
