| Notes: | The two letters have been bound together; Dunraven's is written on paper headed in red '10 Connaught Place, Hyde Park W'. Dunraven and O'Brien were political allies in their efforts to resolve the differences between unionist and nationalist by agreement. Dunraven founded the Irish Reform Association (1904), centred on moderate landlords who had been involved in the land conference that resolved the land question.
