Republic / Whereas after many months of secret training and preparation, the time is / now come for our land to take its place among the nations of the earth and for / our sons to enjoy that unfettered freedom which has been denied them so long / NOW THEREFORE WE PROCLAIM the 1st D.C. B. B. Republic / Sovereign, Independent, Free and Indefeasible State. Neither owing nor giving / Allegiance to any outside power, European or otherwise. Neither knowing / Admitting or obeying any laws, proclamations or dictums save those of its / Indefeasible Republic. / Men of the First Dublin the hour long looked for is at hand. The star of your / Company is high in the heavens. STRIKE! STRIKE!!
