With line of dialogue above coat of arms: 'Werner, "Who says that?" by Byron'. Facsimile of his autograph, dated 19 January 1850 underneath image and dedication "To Sir Thomas N. Talfourd, Knight, this portrait of W.C. Macready Esq., is with permission most respectfully dedicated...".
