Depiction of Thomas Hawkesworth from the celebrated trial on 15th May, 1804 in the Court of King's Bench, before the Lord Chief Justice Downes and a special jury, wherein Mary Fitzgerald, was plaintiff, and the Rev. Thomas Hawkesworth, defendant, for breach of marriage contract.
