Three autograph letters from W.B. Yeats to Cecil Harmsworth relating to Harmsworth's loan to the Cuala Press. "The Cuala Industry has now been turned into a limited as with F.R. Higgins, my wife, my sister and myself on the board. At a meeting ... it was decided to pay you five per cent on your loan from the date on which the new company was formed. I had hoped to return some portion of your most generous loan at once, but that did not seem possible. I hope what we have done will be acceptable to you"; also a cartoon by Mac of George Russell ("AE") and Yeats passing each other on Merrion Square, copy number 151,
