Judge Flanagan, at the Landed Estates Court, Inns Quay, in the City of Dublin, on Friday, the thirtieth day of June, 1871, at the hour of twelve o'clock, noon."

The Landed Estates Court replaced the Encumbered Estates Court. It was established to guarantee the titles of estates being sold as a result of bankruptcy of their owners.
