The British Statesmen, of all shades of opinion, seem to agree on one point - that by dressing up anice little manikin figure (Local Self-Government) and sending it over to Ireland - they will dodge that discontented Country out of its just demand for a Native Parliament.
Whilst they contemplate with great satisfaction their handiwork, a Certain Person at the oor tells them that although this Little Chap might have done some time ago, that nothing less than a Full-grown Man will do now.
