Summary:Colour chromolithograph print features caricatures of Tipperary landlord Arthur Smith Barry, known as ‘Black-Smith Barry’, who evicted his tenants for withholding rent in solidarity with tenants in Cork; Hubert George de Burgh-Canning, 2nd Marquess of Clanricarde (1832-1916), considered one of the worst absentee landlords in Ireland - his 52,000 acre estate in Portumna, Co.
