Whereas the said commissioners by their declaration bearing date the 29 of Iune [June] last, ... expressed, ... that no person or persons whatsoever, from the first day of August last, should sell or utter by retaile any kind of wine or wines, strong-waters, strong-beer or ale ...This declaration to continue in force until the 25. of Iune 1654. Dated at Dublin this 21. October 1653.
