Whereas the house, offices, lands, and demesne of Moygullen, otherwise Cooksborough, with its subdenominations, the town and lands of Clonskill, etc. together with their subdenominations ... situate ... in the county of Westmeath, late the possession of Robert Cooke of [Cooksborough] in the county of Westmeath, who was outlawed at the suit of Patrick Murphy, of Mullingar, in the county of Westmeath, were granted in custodiam to the said Patrick Murphy ; now Mr. Owen Daly, Attorney, on behalf of the said custodee this day informed the court that an injunction had issued on the said custodiam and ... put the said custodee ... into the actual ... possession of the said premises, therefore prayed the several tenants ... may be obliged to pay their respective rents thereof to the said custodee ... /
