The particular relation of the present estate and condition of Ireland :

as now it stands, manifested by severall letters sent from and to such persons as may give full satisfaction of the truth thereof. VVith those battels and overthrows lately given to the rebels to the 16. of this present February. As also a declaration or proclamation set forth by authoritie, declaring the names of the chief persons that are in rebellion, with the sums of money which are to be given to him or them that can bring in any of the rebels therein named, either dead or alive, are expressed. Published by authoritie.
