Charles Stewart Parnell, M.P., Nationalist leader, (1846-1891); head & shoulders, to left, left profile, sitting at the "Parnell Commission" (1888-1890) where allegations published by The Times based on letters forged by Richard Pigott were successfully refuted by Parnell himself.
