Equalization of the duty on coals.
A short address, shewing the impolicy, the partiality, and inhumanity of the present local duties on coals; proving the great advantages that will result from the duties on coals being equally levied on the whole kingdom: and the great relief it will be to Ireland, by giving it greater power to improve its agriculture and manufacture, and therefore will give additional employment to the peasantry of Ireland. Dedicated to the Right Hon. the Lord Mayor.
