Summary:Lieutenant-General Baron William Blakeney, (1672-1761), Colonel of Inniskillin Regiment of Foot, former Lieutenant Governor of Minorca, and later Baron Blakeney; whole length, standing, turned to left, legs crossed, left arm on cannon, right hand pointing to view of Minorca in background. He is wearing open coat, long waistcoat, breeches, stockings, low-heeled shoes with buckle. His coat of arms is present outside of frame under image; rectangular frame.
