Lieutenant-General Baron William Blakeney, (1672-1761), colonel of Inniskillin regiment of foot, former Lieutenant Governor of Minorca, later Baron Blakeney; whole length, standing, turned to left, legs crossed, left arm on cannon, right hand pointing to view of Minorca in background, wearing open coat, long waistcoat, breeches, stockings, low-heeled shoes with buckle, wig, coat of arms outside ot frame under image; rectangular frame.
