A broken stone with Black Letter inscription (ca. 15th century?) found in the Abbey of Athassel, county Tipperary, Ireland.

Inscribed in ink l.c.: Note The characters on the upperstone are somewhat Larger [sic] than on the Lower, So [sic] that it may be they do not belong to the Same [sic] inscription.
Some words can be made out from the copying of a Black Letter inscription: ... de Burgo ... Mor7dha fili donet ... mac ... fecet...

Attributed to Gabriel Beranger (1729-1817) because the writing of the accompanying text shows a capital L used for the word "Large", a feature found elsewhere with him.
