Incomplete copy letter sent to Archbishop Patrick Hayes, reporting on conditions in Ireland during Black and Tan occupation,

The incomplete typescript letter to Archbishop Hayes of New York reports on floggings, attacks on hospitals and convents and assaults on women by Black and Tans. Reference is made to conditions in Limerick, Cork and Dublin. The authorship of the letter, which was collected by Mary Donegan, is unclear.
