Notes:John Blennerhassett, [known as "Black Jack", of Castle Conway, Killorglin, Co.Kerry was born 1665 and died ca. 1738. A supporter of William of Orange, he was imprisoned in Galway and Dublin with his brother Thomas in 1689-1690 and is believed to have started writing down the Blennerhassett family tree while imprisoned in Galway in 1689.
