| Summary: | London Underground (Tube) 'Transport for London' broadside poster issued as part of the 'Poems on the Underground' project [launched in 1986 by Judith Chernaik, Gerard Benson and Cicely Herbert]. Poster designed by Tom Davidson [who designed the Poems on the Underground broadsides from 1989 to 1991] featuring the logo of the London Underground printed bottom left of sheet with the poem ' Swineherd' reprinted by permission of Gallery Press from 'The Second Voyage' by Eiléan Ni Chuilleanáin, as part of the Poems for the Underground series, organised by the British Library (Zweig Programme) and The British Council. |
