Summary:Thomas appeals to Harvey for help with assisting an Irish woman to travel from New York to Baltimore to be reunited with her husband, and encloses $10 to cover the costs of travel. The woman visited family in Ireland, became mentally ill and was sent to a lunatic asylum, from which she has recently been released. Thomas gives the name of her ship and asks Harvey to meet her and set her on her journey.
