Summary:	Photomechanical print featuring Mr. Seumas O' Kelly, seated, with either a young child or [possibly a ventriloquist's dummy?] on his knee; at top of sheet is printed: Institutions - No. VII. His play, 'The Shuiler’s Child: A tragedy in two acts.' was published by Maunsel, Dublin in 1909. A play about maternal love and sacrifice, Máire Nic Shuibhlaigh was cast in the role of Moll Woods, the shuiler [a woman of the roads] in early performances of the play by the Theatre of Ireland.
