| Summary: | Black and white photomechanical print featuring a portrait of British-born Irish actor, dramatist, writer and artist Micheál Mac Liammóir [born Alfred Willmore] that was reproduced in a 1953 calendar entitled 'Dáréag Scríbhneoirí Gaeilge' 1953, issued by Sáirséal agus Dill. Head, almost in profile, slightly turned to right, with facsimile copy of his signature lower left of sheet. Pasted on verso are three Irish language publications written by Mac Liammóir with the name of the publisher following the title in brackets. Sáirséal agus Dill was founded in 1945 by Seán Sairséal Ó hÉigeartaigh [son of P.S. O'Hegarty] and his wife Bríd Ní Mhaoileoin. |
