Be it remembered that on Monday the fifteenth day of July, 1799, being public quarter day of the Holy Trinity Guild of Merchants Dublin the freedom of said guild was unanimously voted to William Furlong Esqr. Fifth Captain of the Attorney's Infantry in consideration of his loyal and spiritted exertions for the support of order and tranquility in the city of Dublin during the rebellion which lately raged in this kingdom, in testimony whereof the common seal of said guild is hereunto affixed the day and year aforesaid /
