At top of sheet reads: "That an appeal to the Irish race be issued for financial support for the movement, and that a Committee be appointed by this Meeting to take charge of the project', 'That the speakers at to-night's meeting, together with the members of the Council of the Gaelic League, form the Committee to take charge of the appeal". Includes names of the Committee.
