Includes the following text: 'Because the Food Inspectors cannot fully perform their duties owing to the number of slum landlords, milk adulterators, margarine sellers, and scale manipulators at present in the council; because the rule of slum owners, milk adulterators and food fakers has made Dublin a city whose death-rate is the highest in Europe; because I am a worker, and stand for the working class'.
