I'm off to the Lords." Unpublished title handwritten above image reads: The Partition Act. Unpublished caption handwritten above image reads: Carson:"He will not budge? But the blamed thing is falling down all the same!". Illustration depicts James Craig leaning against a very thin wall that is cracking; the wall has "Unionist Partition" written on it and Craig says "I will not budge". On the other side of the wall Edward Carson tries to hold it up.
