Rental and Particulars of the town and lands of Munlusk, Kylebeg, Ballycormack, Ballyhough, Dara, Drumkilfadda and Fortmoy, situate in the Barony of Lower Ormond, and County of Tipperary, held in fee, to be sold by auction, by the Landed Estates Court, at the Court, No. 14, Henritta [sic] Street, Dublin, on Thursday, the 3rd day of November, 1859, at the hour of twelve o'clock, noon." Maddock & Jones, Solicitors, No. 38, Fitzwilliam Place, Dublin, have carriage of the sale. The Landed Estates Court replaced the Encumbered Estates Court.
