| Summary: | Proposal in picture form showing the portico of the Paladian house, Kenure House, Rush, County Dublin, standing alone in the centre of a garden with a wall built from the stones, pillars and chimneys of the house. The Dublin County Council met in September 1978 to decide the face of the portico. This picture was published in the Irish Times, September 30th, 1978, to show support for the proposal. The Council decided to save the portico. |
