Image within a circular ink frame diam. 13 cm. Watermark u.l. on sheet appears to bear the letters ATMAN presumably for J Whatman

On the facing page, A.D.C. (presumably Austin Damer Cooper) added the following note in ink which explains the coach and four at the bottom of the picture: "The view on the adjoining page represents Austin Cooper on one of his annual tours as Military Paymaster to the Government - travelling in a chaise, and escorted by a party of the 10th and 26th Foot..."
