Letters to Francis Dobbs dated 1777-1801, with some undated. Most deal with matters concerning the Volunteers and contemporary parliamentary affairs, and include letters from Charlemont, Grattan, John Jebb and the English parliamentary reformer John Cartwright. Also some letters of Dobbs seeking favours for his sons through the influence of the Marquis of Hertford.
