Lettered with title, cropped at edges and lacking publication line (however similar to those held at NLI call number PD C37 published by William McCleary). George IV is depicted standing a horse-drawn carriage, doffing his bicorne hat to the crowd as they make their way around College Green, Dublin, on 17 August 1821 - the carriage is part of a procession (led by officers and heralds playing horns) about to pass the equestrian statute of William III of Orange by Grinling Gibbons on his way down Dame St. to Dublin Castle.
