Description:This print lettered with title "Fashionables for 1820" with publication line inscribed in plate lower right in design "Pub by McCleary, 39 Nassau St. Dublin." Social satire depicting those promenading in their best attire, hoping to impress others with their good taste by wearing the latest fashion - the five men all wear black top hats while the two ladies depicted both hold small parasols of juniper green sik and wear bonnets with high brims trimmed with lace, that form a vertical oval to frame their face.
