Black and white photomechanical print featuring a portrait of Irish novelist and short-story writer Liam Ó Flaithearta [Liam O'Flaherty], (1896-1984), that was reproduced in a 1953 calendar entitled 'Dáréag Scríbhneoirí Gaeilge' 1953, issued by Sáirséal agus Dill. Head and shoulders, face slightly turned to right, with facsimile copy of his signature lower left of sheet. Pasted on verso are two Irish language publications by him that were then about to be published. Sáirséal agus Dill was founded in 1945 by Seán Sairséal Ó hÉigeartaigh [son of P.S. O'Hegarty] and his wife Bríd Ní Mhaoileoin.
